The discount fund
The discount fund is used to support people who cannot pay the price of ECITE. We start the fund with some money from our budget, and you can help support the community by adding some more. Money from the discount fund is used only for discounts and never goes into our "pockets".

Work studies
We offer 8 work studies for a discount of 80,-€ equal to 8 hours of work. We prefer people who stay for ECITE I and II. If you are interested in work study please tell us by June 30.

Early registration
you'll get 30.-€ discount if you register by june 15th. The relevant date is the day the money has arrived on our account

Notice: the price for accommodation is not included in the conference fee. Please pay at the registration desk when you arrive in Haslach; but you need to book your accommodation right now.

Notice: you will have to pay the bank fees. We recommend to transfer the total conference fee at once for people living outside the EU to save money.

If you cancel before August 1st we will keep the registration fee only, if you cancel after August 1st you will have to pay the full fee. Health problems will be the only exception. We need to handle the conditions of cancellation that strict because of the following reasons:
